  • All content created by Layermine (graphics, videos, written content, etc.) remains the property of Layermine until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client for agreed-upon use.

  • You may not resell or redistribute any content created by Layermine without permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide clear requirements, feedback, and any materials needed for project completion. Delays in client response may affect timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Layermine is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, website, or content. We aim for excellence, but results may vary depending on multiple factors.

7. Termination

Layermine reserves the right to terminate a project or working relationship at any time due to breach of terms, unprofessional behavior, or non-payment.

8. Revisions & Delivery

  • Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional edits may be billed separately.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted with prior notice if needed.
